Ernest M. Ankrim
Director of portfolio research at Frank Russell Company in Tacoma, Washington. He taught economics at Pacific Lutheran University from 1976 to 1990 and joined Frank Russell Company in 1990. He is the 1996 recipient of the Russell Leadership Award for his work with the Investment Management Business. He received Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in economics from the University of Oregon and a B.S. from Willamette University.
Chris R Hensel
Senior practice consultant for Frank Russell Company. He holds an M.B.A. from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago and a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
