Hans L. Erickson
The director of research for The DAIS Group in New York. He joined DAIS in 1989 and has since participated in the development of DAIS's global risk model and optimization system, as well as doing extensive work on both US. and global equity ranking models. Prior to joining DAIS, Mr. Erickson worked at Morgan Stanley in global equity trading, and was a consultant to the First Boston Corporation and Chemical Bank in assetbacked securities. He holds a master's degree in operations research from Princeton University and a mathematics degree from Lawrence University.
Shung H. Minn
Manager of consulting for The DAIS Group. Mr. Minn joined The DAIS Group in 1990 and has done extensive work in the area of structured investment strategies, including equity ranking model development and testing, in addition to portfolio construction and simulation. He was previously a consultant with Andersen Consulting. Mr. Minn holds a B.S. in engineering from Princeton University.
John M. Cunniff
A senior quantitative analyst for The DAIS Group. He has been with the group since 1991 and has been instrumental in strengthening DAIS's portfolio development and testing process, including the statistical methods for composite modeling and performance measurement for portfolio simulation. Mr. Cunniff previously worked in a quantitative group at Rockwell, where he authored several technical papers. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia University, an M.S. in engineering from Princeton University, and a B.S. from Johns Hopkins University.
