Lawrence K. Duke
An economist with the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. He was previously a vice president and global head of new product development at State Street Bank and Trust Company, and deputy general manager of treasury with Nomura Securities in London. Mr. Duke is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School, and a visiting senior fellow at City University Business School in London.
Michael G. Papaioannou
An economist with the International Monetary Fund. He was previously a senior vice president and director of international financial markets service with the WEFA Group, an adjunct associate professor of finance at Temple University, and a principal research fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Papaioannou holds a Ph. D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
