Lawrence K. Duke
an economist with the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. He was previously a vice president and global head of new product development at State Street Bank and Trust Company, and deputy general manager of treasury with Nomura Securities in London. Mr. Duke is a graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard Business School, and a visiting senior fellow at City University Business School in London
Michael G. Papaioannou
An economist with the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C. He was previously a senior vice president and director of international financial markets service with the WBFA Group, and a principal research fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Papaioannou holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
John C. Brierley
An investment manager with Capital House Investment Management, Limited, in London, where he is responsible for managing international bond portfolios. He holds a degree in pure mathematics from Manchester University, and is a longstanding member of the Institute of Investment Management and Research.
