Dennis R. Coleman
A Partner and a member of the legal staff of Kunasha Lipton. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration from Northwestern University and a J.D. and an LL.M, in taxation from Boston University School of Law. Mr. Coleman is a member of the employee benefits committee of the New York State Bar Association tax section, a member of the section on corporation, banking, and business law of the American Bar Association, and a member of the American Benefits Conference.
Janie S. Kass
The Director of Investment consulting Services at Kwasha Lipton, She is a C.F.A, candidate and a frequent speaker at investment industry conferences. Prior to joining Kwasha Lipton, she worked as an investment consultant and in equity reserach and sales for major consulting firms and investment banks in New York. Ms. Kass received her B.A. degree (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude) in mathematical economics from Colgate University, and an M.B.A. with a convertration in finance from Harvard University.
