Abstract
Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) is of growing importance for institutional investors. This article shows that SRI strategies can be grouped in ethically-based, investment-driven, and value-ensuring objectives. The article demonstrates that this categorization strengthens decision-making in SRI. Based on their literature review, the authors recommend tools and processes for successful implementation of SRI strategies.
